In 1993 Syria, we started business with exporting petroleum coke and bitumen, sharing other companies, in 1996 SHAMS Co. For Trading has private registration to export, import and contractor.
SHAMS Co. For Trading , became agent- distributor for glass repairing machines , Tea Tree Oil , Oil products plants , Chemicals for oil fields and water treatments and insulation materials, SHAMS Co. executed many projects in Chemicals and Oil plants for protection , treatment, inspections as main contractor or sub contractor.
In 2001 in Egypt, Giza, SHAMS CO. established Batool Organization to enlarge business and gain more clients.
In 2002, Turkish Trading office joined us to be member of Batool Organization.
In 2004, Cairo Br. Started to export cement and clinker in large quantities worldwide, beside metallurgic coke and chemicals.
Batool Organization, succeeded to supply many materials to government companies through tenders.
In 2007, Russian branch announced to be a member with us also, beside our offices of mutual relations of agencies in India and China.
In 2008 Batool Organization achieve good expansion to it's trading worldwide with wide scale of products. 
These products are to our clients in Arab world, Asian world, European and African world.
We import from South America, Australia, and Asia.
Our aspiration to penetrate industrial zone, nearly with ALLAH help we will be.
